At Exclusive Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture items in original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are ineligible for return once delivered.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and review eligibility.

  • 2.
    Prepare for Pickup

    Ensure all items are disassembled and placed back in their original packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions.

  • 3.
    Schedule Collection

    Our specialized white-glove logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the inspection and removal of the furniture from your home.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once the items are inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee and initial delivery charges.
