We offer white-glove delivery on all large furniture items, which includes assembly and waste removal. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, while custom-made pieces may take 6-10 weeks depending on the artisan's schedule.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, all Exclusive Furniture pieces come with a comprehensive 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans for accidental stains and damage are also available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to large furniture items, and custom-ordered pieces are non-refundable.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing a sofa?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary swatch kits for our most popular upholstery collections. You can order up to five fabric or leather samples through our website to ensure the color and texture perfectly match your space.
Do you provide assembly services?
Most of our premium items include professional assembly through our White Glove Delivery service. For items shipped via standard freight, detailed instructions and all necessary hardware are included for easy self-assembly.
